Se Oyen Gritos Synopsis "Cries of Help"

Se Oyen Gritos was inspired by God and one of Don Omar’s songs, “La Recompensa,”a song about the injustice of society. The Lord placed this idea in my mind about bringing a message to the live stage of things that sometimes we are afraid to talk about. Se Oyen Gritos is based on a story of a family, whose father is struggling with alcoholism. This musical play portrays problems faced by today’s youth such as: drugs, alcohol, peer pressure, child abuse and depression. God is the center of the story and no matter how difficult life can become, the Lord is always there carrying us in the times of need. The importance of family is one of the main points that is part of this powerful story.

Caras de Vida Synopsis "Faces of Life"

Caras de Vida was inspired by the Lord. One afternoon I was thinking of the different people that have touched my life in one way or another. There were nine characters that I could not take out of my mind. These nine characters were somehow part of me because I had come across them in times of my life, most of them in the most difficult parts of my life. When I started writing their stories, I couldn’t stop until the monologues were completed. As a playwright, I became them and felt every single word, emotion, pain and hope. Each of the characters was created with a main topic in mind. These nine individuals are examples of faces of life that we come across in our everyday lives. Some of the topics, touched in this moving play, are sex, depression, abuse, illness, etc.

Sueno de Nacer Synopsis "Dream to be Born"

Sueno de Nacer is a story about a family that’s struggling to survive in this tough economy.  Diana is the youngest daughter, who is faced with the problem of teenage pregnancy and at same time deciding whether to have the child or have an abortion.
The family has no means of celebrating the holidays because of the crisis happening in today’s society. The mother is a Christian woman that shows her family that the real meaning of Christmas is the birth of the messiah, Jesus Christ.
